Spay and Neuter Services for Unowned Cats
SNIP Central offers TNR appointments for feral cats in Central Oregon. TNR stands for Trap-Neuter-Return. Caregivers that utilize this program will catch feral cats using humane traps. They then take the cat(s) to a spay/neuter appointment and return them to their original location after recovery. Adoptable cats and kittens are placed in homes whenever possible.

*Thanks to a generous gift from Cynthia Liebelt we have been able to start a "Feral Fund". We are currently able to offer free feral cat surgeries while funds are available. Our standard feral package is $75 per cat. If you are financially able to make this payment, we would appreciate it if you did (or a partial amount). Your payment will allow us to continue to cover the cost for caregivers that otherwise cannot afford surgery for the feral cats in their neighborhood.
